Teal symbolizes trust, growth, and long-lasting quality — the core values of Impermeable Engineering.
Keep clear space around the mark equal to the height of one of the icon's horizontal bands — don't let text, imagery or a layout edge enter this zone. Below 32px tall, use the icon alone rather than the full lockup to preserve legibility.
Hanken Grotesk is our typeface across web and print — a modern, geometric sans-serif that reads clean and professional. It's a free Google Font: fonts.google.com/specimen/Hanken+Grotesk.
Use the approved logo files, keep the minimum clear space, and place the mark on approved backgrounds.
Stretch, skew, rotate or recolor the mark outside the approved palette.
Use Hanken Grotesk for all brand communication; fall back to a neutral system sans-serif only if the font can't load.
Add drop shadows, outlines, gradients or other effects to the logo.
Maintain sufficient contrast between the logo and its background at all times.
Place the logo over busy photography or low-contrast colors without a solid backing panel.
